How quickly can this be set up?

As quickly the contract is signed and we hit the ”button” to activate the service.

What states do you ship to?

Almost all US states. State restrictions are an ever-changing phenomena. It is likely some states may go on or offline based on regulatory practices. Any state currently not allowing shipments will automatically be updated in your system.

What about shipments within my home state where I file taxes and compliance?

WWS can do in-state shipping, and you may find that your cost to ship is less. The bottle fee and shipping are discounted for in-state shipping. You still do your normal in-state compliance. You have the option to ship on your own as well.

Can I have WWS ship my home state shipments also?

Yes. You can take advantage of the pricing, without WWS collecting any taxes for you. You will still have to do your own compliance as part of your normal sales compliance.

What happens if a shipment has breakage due to mishandling or an accident?

WWS files a claim with the shipper for you to recover your full value. Insurance is calculated for every shipment automatically. We know that some wine cannot be replaced, but the financial loss can be.

What if there is damage to the shipment due to extreme heat or cold?

Unfortunately, that is not covered by insurance. The winery assumes risk since they assess the best time to send the shipment.

Are there options for shipping when reading the weather is tough?

Yes. WWS has special rates for overnight and 2-day shipping which can reduce risk of damage.

Am I tied to a long-term contract?

No. While you do have a contract that outlines the services, you can choose to ship or not to ship with WWS at any time.
