Data entry is done through your system, insuring the compliance you have is active to protect your club members. We will add data and update info for members as it becomes available. Any changes you become aware of can be sent to us for the data entry. We can advise on PCI compliance services as well.
We will bill monthly and recalculate your current pricing each month. It is calculated as follows:

Yes, if you are near Woodinville WA and you take advantage of our shipping service, all you will have to do, is drop off the wine needed for shipping. We provide that information. It will be packaged, labeled and shipped to the 46 states that allow it. The cost to do this is, in most cases, very close to what you already pay for shipping. We can also program the fulfillment pricing into the allotment processing, which essentially makes the fulfillment of shipping a free service. For wineries within 250 miles of Woodinville WA, we can arrange for pick-up of the wine via a transportation service that the winery uses or one suggested by us. That wine would be transported to the fulfillment facility where it is packed and shipped for you.
With prompt responses and consistent processing, the service keeps you looking professional with your personal touch. Less customer service issues equals better word-of-mouth marketing. We also free up your time, so you can concentrate on really taking care of your members when they come in, and feel comfortable having more volume in your club. At certain periods of the year, we will cull inactive memberships. We will also process cancellations promptly.
